Steelmaking Production Lines

40T & 60T Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF), 300T Converter Production Lines

300T Converter Production Line suitable for mass production of alloy steel, equipped with both continuous casting and ingot casting capabilities. The ingot casting capacity reaches 35T, supporting the production of large forgings and plastic mold steels.

60T Electric Arc Furnace Production Line features advanced technologies in steelmaking and continuous casting, capable of producing stainless steel and special steel.

40T Electric Arc Furnace Production Line a supporting steelmaking project for the alloy plate and strip production line. It caters to high-alloy steels with stringent quality requirements and smaller batch sizes, with a steel ingot capacity of 40T.

Electroslag Remelting (ESR) Production Line

Main Equipment:

The electroslag remelting process is adopted for products requiring high purity and special specifications. The capacity of the ESR furnaces ranges from 0.5t to 20t, with a total of more than 20 units. Among them, imported protective atmosphere ESR furnaces are available to meet the remelting and refining requirements of high-end products.

Heat Treatment

Forging Equipment

To meet the special performance requirements of die blocks and large forgings, we have equipped the subsequent heat treatment process with 14 annealing/normalizing furnaces, 6 quenching/tempering (solution treatment) furnaces, and 4 quenching medium tanks, capable of processing workpieces weighing 20–30 tons. The post-forging machining process is supported by over 50 machines in total, including sawing machines, vertical band saws, gantry milling machines, planers, centerless peeling machines, and various types of lathes.

To meet the daily processing requirements of molds, the post-forging machining process is equipped with more than 50 machines in total, including sawing machines, vertical band saws, gantry milling machines, planers, centerless peeling machines, and various types of precision CNC lathes.
