718.TS is a plastic mold steel with uniform hardness and high polishability and etchability. This steel features exceptional hardness uniformity, with a typical hardness of 30~38 HRC after pre-hardening treatment, fully compliant with Brinell hardness testing standards. It also offers excellent mechanical strength to effectively prevent metal deformation, as well as superior weldability, making it suitable for mold processing and subsequent repair requirements.
