ProductIntroduction

718H-P is a high-grade pre-hardened alloy mold steel. This chromium-nickel-molybdenum alloy steel is produced through vacuum melting and pre-hardening treatment (33~38 HRC). It features no risk of heat treatment deformation, excellent polishability, and high hardenability, and supports nitriding treatment as well as flame hardening (up to 52 HRC).

Product Feature

More uniform core hardness and surface hardness;
Relatively simple microstructural changes during heat treatment, resulting in finer and more uniform metallurgical structure;
Produced with a high forging ratio, leading to a dense core structure;
Minimal difference between surface toughness and core toughness;
Shorter mold processing cycle and lower cost.
