ProductIntroduction

SWPH13 is a special quality grade hot work die steel manufactured through special processes such as high-temperature homogenization and ultra-refining treatment. By refining the grain structure and achieving a more uniform carbide distribution, the material's isotropy and thermal fatigue resistance are significantly enhanced. It addresses the pain points of ordinary H13 steel, such as unstable performance and short service life, making it a preferred domestic alternative for large, complex, and long-life molds. It is specifically designed for high-demand molds operating under high-temperature conditions.

Excellent thermal shock resistance, which can reduce the risk of mold cracking under high-temperature working conditions.
Outstanding toughness, plasticity, and isotropy, significantly improving the fatigue life of the mold.
Good dimensional stability during heat treatment, excellent machinability and polishability, suitable for complex mold forming.
Hardness can reach 56-58 HRC after quenching and stabilize at 47-49 HRC after tempering, achieving a balanced strength and wear resistance.
