7CrSiMnMoV

7CrSiMnMoV

ProductIntroduction

7CrSiMnMoV is a low-alloy flame-hardening cold work die steel that complies with the national standard GB/T 1299-2000. With its simple heat treatment process, excellent strength and toughness, and minimal deformation characteristics, it has become a high-quality alternative to traditional high-alloy tool steels.

Product Feature

Simple process, low cost, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The flame hardening process eliminates the need for large heating equipment and multiple heating and tempering steps required for overall quenching of traditional die steels.
Excellent hardenability: hardness reaches HRC 62–64 after air cooling quenching, combining high strength and toughness.
High dimensional stability: basically no secondary finishing is required after heat treatment, meeting the dimensional requirements of precision molds.
